We accept returns within twenty (20) days from the delivery of the Products to address provided. To initiate a return, please email ayah@ayahalkassab.com and include the following information:

-Your name.

-The title of the piece.

-The original certificate of authenticity.

-The date of purchase.

-The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable)

-The reason for requesting a return.

 Please return the product in the original packaging if possible.

Your refund will be processed when the return has been received. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
